Custom Sublimation Shirt
Sublimation creates a soft, permanent design that becomes part of the fabric rather than sitting on top of it. This option is available on select Tultex shirts in White, Heather Charcoal Grey, Heather Brown, Heather Military Green, and Heather Maroon.
Choose your style, size, and shirt color, then upload your design or inspiration photo. Because sublimation does not use white ink, the shirt color can affect how the finished design colors appear.
Not sure whether sublimation or DTF is the better choice for your design? Submit a Custom Shirt Inquiry and we’ll help you choose the best option.
Description
Custom Sublimation Shirts
Sublimation is a great option when you want a lightweight print with no raised or vinyl-like feel. The ink becomes part of the shirt fibers, creating a smooth and permanent finish.
Our custom sublimation shirts are currently offered on Tultex shirts in:
- White
- Heather Charcoal Grey
- Heather Brown
- Heather Military Green
- Heather Maroon
Important to know about sublimation
Sublimation does not use white ink. Any white areas in your design will allow the shirt color to show through, and the shirt color can influence the appearance of lighter colors in the artwork.
For that reason, some designs may work better on certain shirt colors than others. We review custom orders before production and will contact you if we believe another color or printing method would give you a better result.
How to order
