Welcome to RNT Design. By using this website, placing an order, submitting a custom-order request, or purchasing a product from RNT Design, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Products and Handmade Items
RNT Design creates personalized, handcrafted, and made-to-order products. Because many of our products are individually created by hand, slight variations in color, placement, wood grain, texture, finish, or other natural characteristics may occur. These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Product photographs are intended to represent the finished product as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Personalization and Custom Orders
Customers are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, wording, spelling, photographs, sizes, colors, and other personalization information submitted with an order.
RNT Design is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
If information is incomplete, unclear, or unsuitable for the selected product, we may contact you before production begins.
Changes requested after production has started may not be possible and may result in additional charges.
Customer-Submitted Photos, Artwork, and Files
By uploading or submitting a photograph, image, design, logo, artwork, or other content to RNT Design, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for the product being ordered.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
RNT Design reserves the right to decline an order involving content we believe we cannot legally or appropriately reproduce.
Customer-uploaded photographs and files will be used as necessary to create and fulfill the requested order and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Image Quality and Cropping
Customers should provide the highest-quality original images available.
Some products may require cropping, resizing, repositioning, or other adjustments to fit the selected product shape or layout. Important faces, text, and design elements should not be placed too close to the edges of an image.
If an uploaded image is unsuitable for the product selected, RNT Design may contact the customer before production.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.
Orders must be paid according to the payment option selected at checkout. Local pickup orders may have additional payment options when available.
RNT Design reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an order.
Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.
RNT Design reserves the right to cancel or decline an order because of product availability, pricing errors, inappropriate or unauthorized content, inability to complete the requested customization, suspected fraud, or other reasonable business concerns.
If a paid order is cancelled by RNT Design, the appropriate refund will be issued.
Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated or displayed during checkout based on the products ordered and the destination.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
RNT Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer-provided addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Certain oversized or specialty products may not be available for shipping and may be designated as local pickup only.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available only for eligible orders and locations.
Pickup details will be provided after ordering when applicable. Customers should not arrive for pickup until they have received confirmation that their order is ready.
Turnaround and Production Times
Production times vary depending on the product, personalization, order size, material availability, and current workload.
Any estimated completion or delivery date is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date unless specifically agreed to in writing.
Returns, Exchanges, and Order Problems
Because many RNT Design products are personalized or made specifically for the customer, return and exchange eligibility may be limited.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered due to an error by RNT Design, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
RNT Design does not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without proper authorization.
Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially use RNT Design’s original photographs, website content, graphics, written materials, or original designs without permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit malicious files or code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
We may restrict access to the website or cancel an order when we reasonably believe misuse or fraudulent activity has occurred.
Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, website hosting, email, ecommerce functionality, and other business operations.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RNT Design will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website, carrier delays, customer-submitted errors, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and customer-uploaded files are handled.
Changes to These Terms
RNT Design may update these Terms and Conditions as our products, website, policies, or business practices change.
